We said low carb and not ""No Carb"". There are many diet types that advocate completely cutting down on card. That might indeed prove dangerous because our brain, heart (which is also a muscle), kidney and the muscles all can function only with glucose which is the end product of body digesting any carbohydrate.

Though theoritically fat can supply the required energy of the body, our brain and heart can function perfectly and effectively only with energy derived out of glucose. So whatever diet pattern type you follow, make sure to include low carb foods in it. Let 15% to 20% of your calorie needs come from carbohydrate. If the carb you intake is a complex carb like millet which is full of fiber, they are the best.
