Sugar is an addiction. For some sugar can turn into an addiction while for few it is not addictive. The addicted will want to consume and finish off the sweet box while the non-addicted do not bother to have more than one sweet.

If the sugar addicted decide to kick the sugar, they will be surprised to find that these days lot many processed foods have sugar in them. It takes a bit of looking around and enormous self-control to come out of sugar addiction. Start your de-addiction now. It is never too late. Generally if you do not have any craving for sweet or dessert but suddenly they interest you, check your blood sugar. You may be in pre-diabetic stage.
