Nowadays mails are widely used for any official work. Mails also used to send an invoice to the client. QuickBooks also has the feature to create invoices and send by mail to the client. But sometimes the user/merchant faced some error while he/she send the invoice to the client. Some errors are like incorrect user name or password. This error occurs when you entered the wrong id or password. Is QuickBooks enabled to send the mail? You should make sure that you have enabled send mails from the QuickBooks settings. Make sure that is QuickBooks not running as an administrator.
